## Quality of life
The Quality of Life Scale (QoLS) typically covers several domains of life satisfaction. Here are suggested questions for each of those areas:
1. Material and Physical Well-being:
- How satisfied are you with your current financial situation?
- How satisfied are you with your current state of health?
2. Relationships with Other People:
- How satisfied are you with your personal relationships (family, friends, etc.)?
- How satisfied are you with the support you receive from others?
3. Social, Community and Civic Activities:
- How satisfied are you with your involvement in community activities or organizations?
- How satisfied are you with your ability to influence things in your community that are important to you?
4. Personal Development and Fulfillment:
- How satisfied are you with your opportunities for learning and improving yourself?
- How satisfied are you with your ability to express yourself creatively (music, art, writing, etc.)?
5. Recreation:
- How satisfied are you with your leisure activities and hobbies?
- How satisfied are you with the amount of relaxation and free time you have?
6. Independence:
- How satisfied are you with your level of independence in making life decisions?
- How satisfied are you with your ability to do things for yourself?
Responses could be structured on a 7-point Likert scale, from "very dissatisfied" to "very satisfied." It's important to remember that this is just a suggested list and may need to be adapted to your specific needs or circumstances. Also, always respect ethical considerations when asking these questions, especially around privacy and consent.
