Fear is a motvation to protect
the _avoid_ in "_approach_ or _avoid_"
## Why do people feel unmotivated?
Lets acknowledge that all motivation is outcome based
Motivation is desire minus fear
### Why does laziness happen
When motivation to protect exceeds motivation to act

### Common reasons for lack of motivation:
#### Internal sabotage
- Fear of success
- Fear of inviting other people to sabotage
- Becoming narcisistic
- People don't have the right personality to manage the success that they have
- Fear of possible failure
